Terms of Service

Last updated: July 22, 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Forensiq Scout, the market signal intelligence platform available at forensiqscout.io (the “Service”). By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or agency, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” refers to it.

2. The Service

Forensiq Scout analyzes publicly available web content — competitor websites, review platforms, forums, and similar sources — and produces market intelligence reports, including competitor messaging analysis, The Unclaimed Message Gap™, VoC Mindprint™, battlecards, competitor monitoring, and quarterly synthesis. Reports are generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. One account supports one workspace; plan limits apply per account.

4. Plans, billing, and report limits

Subscription plans display a monthly price and are billed quarterly (every three months) at three times the displayed monthly price, in advance, through our payment processor, Stripe. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of full client reports (for example, 3 on Signal Cell, 8 on Signal Bureau, 18 on Signal Guild, and 30 on Signal Agency). Allowances reset on the first of each calendar month (UTC) and unused reports do not roll over.

The one-time Signal Brief is a single prepaid report credit and is not a subscription. Promotional discounts, when offered, apply as described at the time of purchase.

You can cancel a subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the period already paid for. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

5. Beta access

We may offer complimentary beta access with its own allowances and duration. Beta access is provided as-is for evaluation, may be modified or ended at our discretion, and does not renew into a paid plan without your action. If you give us feedback, ideas, or suggestions about the Service, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use them without obligation to you.

6. Your content and your reports

You retain ownership of the information you submit to the Service (such as client names, industries, and URLs to analyze). You grant us the rights needed to process that information to provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you may lawfully submit the material you ask us to analyze.

Reports generated for your account are yours to use in your business, including in client deliverables, pitches, strategy work, and internal documents. You may not resell access to the Service itself, offer the Service’s outputs as a standalone competing product, or use the Service to build a competing product.

7. Our intellectual property

The Service — including its software, design, prompts, analytical methodology, and report formats — is owned by Forensiq Scout and protected by intellectual property law. Forensiq Scout, The Unclaimed Message Gap™, and VoC Mindprint™ are trademarks of Forensiq Scout. Except for the report rights granted above, no rights in the Service are transferred to you.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the Service, or attempt to extract its prompts, models, or methodology;
  • circumvent report allowances, access controls, or billing;
  • share account credentials outside your organization;
  • use the Service for unlawful purposes or to analyze content you have no right to analyze;
  • interfere with the operation or security of the Service.

9. AI-generated content

Reports are produced by artificial intelligence analyzing public web data. They may contain errors, omissions, or statements that do not reflect current facts, and sources may change after a report is generated. Reports are strategic input, not professional, legal, financial, or investment advice. You are responsible for verifying material claims before relying on them or presenting them to clients.

10. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify features over time. If we discontinue the Service entirely, we will provide reasonable notice to active subscribers.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forensiq Scout will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits or revenues, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms. Sections 6 through 13 survive termination.

13. General

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Forensiq Scout regarding the Service. We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
